Rustic villa for those wanting super privacy, set in its own 100 acres in the most sought after area of Ibiza. Just moments away from the desirable Cala Jondal and the hot spot Blue Marlin. Unfortunately presently, this villa doesn't offer a pool however this is more than compensated by the stunning views, and the wonderful steps directly onto the beach of Xarcu, with arguably the best fish restaurant in Ibiza, Es Xarcu. With the beach of Porroig on the other side, this unspoilt area with the heady scent of pine makes you feel you've been transported in time. Inside is charming with wonderful old beamed ceilings, fireplaces and crisp white walls, making it a very comfortable relaxing place to be.
